Is it better to receive a price quote in person, or over the phone?

It is always better to get a price quote in person. There are so many different factors involved in cleaning carpet (or tile or stone), and it is very difficult to assess the soiling conditions, necessary spot-removal techniques, size and fiber material and carpet condition over the phone. Getting an "in person" price quote can give you the most accurate price quote, particularly for large or unusual jobs.
